Will this commercial regulator fit my red commercial propane bottle?

Yes — it's a screw-type (POL) propane regulator for the red 6kg/11kg/19kg/47kg commercial bottles. Those have a POL valve with a left-hand thread, so this high-capacity regulator screws on (anticlockwise to tighten) rather than clipping on.

Clip-on or screw-on (POL) regulator — which does my bottle take?

Green leisure/Gaslight bottles take a clip-on (27mm propane / 21mm butane); red commercial propane bottles take a screw-on POL regulator. Check the valve: a smooth collar for clip-on, a threaded screw fitting for POL.
