The deposit charge scheme applies to all orders placed after 1st January 2017 and replaces our cylinder hire charge scheme which was previously in place between July 2009 and December 2016. The cylinder deposit charge is applicable on each cylinder provided in the case of a first time purchase or where no identical empty is returned for a gas refill order.  The cylinder deposit charge is fully refundable if you no longer require the cylinder and it’s subsequently returned to us.

The cylinder can also be returned to our depot in RM6 5QT

Due to the carriage of dangerous goods by road regulations - our drivers are only able to deliver to ground floor premises whereby they are able to maintain sight of their vehicles. If you live on a premises above ground level, our drivers are able to meet and deliver on the ground level of your premises.
