At BBQGasLondon, we aim to make returns and cancellations as simple and fair as possible.
You can cancel your order at any time before your delivery is dispatched — please let us know as soon as possible.
If your delivery has already been dispatched, please see our returns information below.
Unused, full cylinders: If you decide you don’t need your gas, you can return any unused, full cylinder for a full refund, including your deposit.
Partially used or empty cylinders: We cannot refund the gas content once used, but you can still return your empty cylinder for a deposit refund, provided it’s in good condition.
We offer free collection for unwanted cylinders — just contact us to arrange.
Heaters and accessories are delivered by DPD or Parcelforce.
Returns for these items are your responsibility — they must be unused and in original packaging.
If you change your mind about an accessory or heater, you can return it within 28 days of delivery for a refund (excluding original delivery costs).
Refunds for deposits and unused gas will be made by BACS to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 5–7 working days for returns to be processed after we receive your item(s).
Gas cylinders are delivered and collected by our own trained drivers — never third-party couriers.
Heaters and accessories may be delivered by DPD or Parcelforce.
